Processing Time All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, though most orders arrive sooner.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping — Canada We ship to Canada via USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
Delays Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes. SoftMed Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through USPS or FedEx.
